Well we have had our first visit to the Emergency Room. JP was doing so well and then he started coughing on Thursday. At first we thought he was learning a new trick but by Saturday night we spent most of the night up coughing and choking on drainage. It was a ROUGH night! So anyway, after speaking to the on-call nurse we proceeded to Children's Healthcare ER. We took a chest x-ray and saw the doctor. He gave us another Rx for Albuterol for his wheezing and sent us home. He has acute bronchiolitis. He said since he has had breathing problems before that he would probably have breathing problems for a long time. We are hoping that will not have asthma later in life.
Anyway, We are hoping we will all be well by Easter. We are hoping that is rains soon! I am on my second round of antibiotics. I am hoping that allergy season won't be too bad, but it is off to a rough start thus far. Please say a prayer for me and my family that we will all be well soon.
